Join our team as a Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy and Enablement, and play a crucial role in empowering our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently leverage AI technologies in their daily work. As an individual contributor in the Digital & Technology organization, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive AI literacy programs, ensuring our workforce is equipped to innovate and thrive in an AI-driven landscape.
This is a remote position within the USA.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI literacy and enablement programs, including workshops, training modules, and self-service resources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product teams, engineering, learning & development) to identify AI learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Curate and maintain a repository of AI-related resources, best practices, and use cases.
- Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track program effectiveness and measure the impact of AI literacy initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for AI within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, technologies, and ethical considerations to ensure our programs remain relevant and cutting-edge.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or a related field, with a focus on technology adoption or enablement.
- Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, particularly in technical or complex subject matter.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and applications, with the ability to translate technical information into accessible content.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies is a plus.
