Job Description
As a Senior Researcher, you will be researching and developing state-of-the-art AI models for speech and language understanding. You’ll work closely with other researchers and engineers to bring your ideas to production and contribute to a fast-paced environment that requires cross-functional collaboration. You will:
- Research and develop novel architectures for speech and language models.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and validate new approaches.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate research into production systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially in areas related to speech and language processing.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with a strong publication record at top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, Interspeech, ICASSP).
- Expertise in speech processing, natural language processing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
