Senior Revenue Operations Manager – Customer Operations

We’re looking for a highly analytical and experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our Customer Operations team. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer-facing teams by optimizing processes, tools, and data insights.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and expansion. You will work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Account Management teams to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and provide actionable insights that contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, implement, and optimize processes for customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, Account Management, and Sales teams to identify operational gaps and drive scalable solutions.
  • Administer and optimize CRM (Salesforce) and other customer-facing tools (e.g., Gainsight, Zendesk, Intercom) to ensure data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights into customer health, team performance, and revenue trends.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the customer journey and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure data integrity across all customer systems and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance customer operations efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and reporting.
  • Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) and/or support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize operational processes that drive efficiency and improve customer outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
