Senior Sales Operations Manager (BDR)

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with BDR leadership to define and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into BDR performance, pipeline health, and efficiency metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the BDR sales funnel, recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Manage and optimize our sales tech stack (CRM, Sales Engagement, etc.) to maximize BDR productivity and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of BDR initiatives.
  • Forecast BDR performance and quotas, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support BDR enablement efforts by developing training materials and resources related to sales tools and processes.
  • Drive data governance and ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data within our systems.
  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of BDR expansion initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a significant focus on BDR or SDR organizations.
  • Proven track record of improving BDR productivity and sales efficiency through process optimization and technology utilization.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with global BDR teams is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
