Join us as a Senior SAP FPSL Configuration Engineer where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial systems. You’ll be responsible for configuring and optimizing our SAP FPSL (Financial Products Sub-Ledger) module, ensuring it aligns with our business requirements and regulatory standards.
As a Senior SAP FPSL Configuration Engineer, you will be:
- Configuring and optimizing the SAP FPSL module to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with finance, IT, and project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new functionalities within FPSL.
- Performing system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
- Providing expertise and support to end-users, resolving issues and delivering training as needed.
- Staying current with SAP FPSL updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement enhancements.
- Participating in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SAP FPSL landscape.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a focus on SAP FPSL.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles (IFRS 17) and their application within SAP FPSL.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP FPSL projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, GL, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting is a plus.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and processes.
