As a Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction and operational execution by providing analytical support, developing strategic frameworks, and fostering cross-functional alignment.

What you’ll do
- Support the strategy and planning function, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop analytical frameworks and models to evaluate market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and business performance.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and targets.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Prepare compelling presentations and communications for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic adjustments.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, finance, or a related analytical role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Grafana).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
