Senior Technical Sourcer

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to help scale our Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

At Hightouch, you’ll be the frontline of our talent acquisition efforts, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top technical talent to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse and robust candidate pipelines.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements of open roles and team needs.
  • Identify, attract, and engage passive technical candidates through various sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X-Ray search, Gem).
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and campaigns that resonate with technical talent.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, technical aptitude, and alignment with company culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the ATS (Greenhouse) and CRM (Gem).
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through the interview process.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical sourcing.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and converting top-tier technical talent (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers).
  • Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Gem, Greenhouse).
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and software development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze sourcing metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
