ServiceNow Delivery Director

Guidehouse’s ServiceNow practice is experiencing unprecedented growth and we are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to join our team. We’re looking for a highly motivated, talented, and hands-on leader to help Guidehouse continue to lead the pack in innovation, delivery, and client success. As a Delivery Director, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight for multiple client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact for project delivery, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-go-live support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to define solution scope, estimates, and delivery strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership within the ServiceNow practice, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Guidehouse’s ServiceNow methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage project financials, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Guidehouse’s quality standards and security policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing technical teams and client engagements.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects, including large-scale implementations and upgrades.
  • Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.

Desired Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP).
  • Experience working in a large consulting firm.
