We’re looking for a Sourcer to join our Forward Deployment Engineering team. As a Sourcer, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and attract top technical talent. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs within Forward Deployment Engineering.
You will:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles, and calibrate on candidates throughout the interview process
- Leverage various sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage with passive candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial outreach and screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
You Might Be a Good Fit If:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sourcing, preferably with experience supporting various engineering teams
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent
- Strong understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Github)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
