The Sr. Financial Manager, GTM will play a critical role in supporting the growth and profitability of our Go-to-Market organizations. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic financial partnership, driving financial planning processes, and delivering insightful analysis to GTM leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS FP&A, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for GTM organizations, including bookings, ARR, expenses, and headcount.
- Manage monthly/quarterly close processes, including accruals and variance analysis to budget and forecast.
- Act as a business partner to GTM leaders by providing financial insights, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial models and analyses to support business initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and commentary to clearly articulate financial performance and outlook.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Sales Strategy, and other teams to ensure alignment and achievement of financial goals.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong emphasis on FP&A within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, GSlides).
- Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, bookings, retention, etc.), and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
