Sr. Growth & Events Marketing Manager – Social Impact

About the Job

As a Growth & Events Marketing Manager on the Social Impact team, you will build and scale our programs that support purpose-driven organizations using technology for good. You will develop and execute global marketing strategies, design campaigns, and manage events to engage our target audiences and drive growth for the social impact program.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, messaging, content creation, channel selection, and performance measurement.
  • Plan, organize, and execute impactful events (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) such as webinars, workshops, conferences, and industry-specific gatherings to generate leads and strengthen community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on campaign and event performance, using data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines effectively.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, blog posts, and website content.
  • Champion brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, event marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the social impact sector or working with non-profits.
  • Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Hopin, Eventbrite).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with community building and engagement strategies.
