Sr. Manager – Enterprise Sales

About the role

We’re looking for a highly skilled sales leader to accelerate our Enterprise segment. As the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Sales, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering results for strategic revenue plans, growth initiatives, and key metrics, while hiring, developing, and leading a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives. You’ll also refine and evolve the team’s go-to-market strategy, processes, and tools to maximize efficiency, customer experience, and results. You’ll report to the Director, Enterprise Sales.

What you’ll do

  • Define and deliver results for strategic revenue plans, growth initiatives, and key metrics.
  • Hire, develop, manage, and coach a growing team of enterprise account executives.
  • Refine and evolve the team’s go-to-market strategy, processes, and tools to maximize efficiency, customer experience, and results.
  • Inspire, lead, and develop the team to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and cross-functional relationships.
  • Serve as a player/coach for the team, supporting sales efforts, participating in customer calls, and helping reps close large and complex deals.
  • Leverage sales data and tools to derive actionable insights, and optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting to hire top talent.
  • Develop strong client relationships.
  • Understand and articulate the product value proposition and become an expert in the low-code automation space.

About you

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, hiring, managing, coaching, and developing high-performing enterprise account executives.
  • Prior experience scaling an enterprise sales team at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex deals with large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  • Remote work experience and comfort working asynchronously.
  • Passion for automation and low-code technology.
