Sr Manager – Growth Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead our global growth initiatives across multiple channels. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and team leadership. As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our innovative AI-powered creative optimization platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to acquire and retain customers across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and partnerships.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyze campaign performance, and optimize marketing funnels for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives and optimize the customer journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, incorporating new strategies and tactics as appropriate.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving significant user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Expertise in various growth marketing channels and tactics, including paid acquisition (search, social, display), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and referral programs.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
