- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies.
- Oversee the segmentation, targeting, and personalization of marketing campaigns.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, CDP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing automation and analytics specialists, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in marketing automation and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing automation, analytics, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management platforms (CDPs).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
