As a Sr. Manager, Project Management – Implementations, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and overseeing the successful implementation of our solutions for our valued customers. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, process improvement, and the overall success of our implementation initiatives.
What you will do:
- Lead project teams to successful implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of customer implementation projects using standardized methodologies and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor and develop project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and resource availability for project success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and ensuring successful solution adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
