About the Role
As an AEO Sr. Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives specifically tailored for the Account Executive Organization (AEO) to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams. You will be instrumental in positioning Kraken as the preferred partner for institutional and high-net-worth clients, contributing significantly to our overall business success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives specifically tailored for the Account Executive Organization (AEO) to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with AEO leadership to understand sales objectives, identify market opportunities, and align marketing efforts with business priorities.
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools that effectively communicate the value proposition of Kraken’s products and services to enterprise clients.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing programs, including events, webinars, content marketing, and digital campaigns, to generate qualified leads and nurture existing client accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI to AEO leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in B2B marketing, particularly within the cryptocurrency and financial services sectors.
- Partner with demand generation to align on lead follow-up and management for AEO generated leads.
- Support Product Marketing with market insights and segmentation for new products and features.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and supporting sales teams.
- Experience working with sales teams (B2B), ideally with an Account Executive Organization.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology, and financial services landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry environment.
