Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our customer engagement strategies through the effective utilization of SFMC capabilities. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing our marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and overall digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic SFMC Management: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SFMC solutions to meet business objectives. Manage and maintain SFMC instances, including Journeys, Email Studio, Automation Studio, CloudPages, and Mobile Studio.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns within SFMC, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. Conduct A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies. Ensure data integrity and compliance within SFMC, collaborating with data teams for seamless integration.
- Technical Support & Collaboration: Provide expert-level support for SFMC-related issues and collaborate with IT, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Stay updated with the latest SFMC features and best practices, recommending enhancements and innovations.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for marketing teams on SFMC best practices and new features. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SFMC processes, configurations, and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, and Mobile Studio. Proficient in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for SFMC development and customization. Experience with SFMC APIs and integrations with other systems (CRM, CDP, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant certification is highly preferred.
