Ralliant is seeking an experienced SSO Global Service Solutions Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of our Single Sign-On (SSO) and related Global Service Solutions. You will be instrumental in defining and enhancing the value proposition of our SSO offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global customer base.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SSO and related Global Service Solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhancements.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SSO technologies and best practices.
- Monitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate on solutions for continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates, benefits, and value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the overall success of Ralliant’s product portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SSO, IAM, or security solutions.
- Strong understanding of SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful software products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with global teams and customers is a plus.
