We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our People Technology team, focusing on building innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance our employee experience and drive operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions for our People Technology platform.
- Collaborate with People, Product, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and insights.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and services as needed.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
