The Developer Experience team empowers developers to build incredible things with our platform. We focus on creating a seamless and delightful journey for every developer, from beginners to experts, by providing robust tools, clear documentation, and a vibrant community. We’re a cross-functional team passionate about developer success and innovation.
About the role, you’ll:
- Lead the development and implementation of developer-facing programs, tools, and documentation.
- Drive community engagement through events, forums, and content creation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and advocate for developer needs.
- Identify and address key challenges developers face, turning them into opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Mentor and guide junior Developer Relations team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in developer relations.
About you, you’ll have:
- 8+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Technical Evangelism, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and scale developer communities.
- Strong technical background with experience in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with content creation (blog posts, tutorials, videos) for developers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- A passion for empowering developers and fostering a vibrant ecosystem.
What you’ll bring (Nice to Haves):
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
Salary information
The salary range for this role is C$221.4k – C$310.5k annually. Your actual compensation will be based on your skills and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
