We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Staff GTM Engineer with a focus on AI and Automation to join our high-performing Go-To-Market Engineering team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge AI-powered solutions and our GTM strategy, driving customer adoption, and ensuring successful integration of products within enterprise environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for AI-powered solutions, presenting and demonstrating their value to prospective and existing enterprise customers.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to gather market feedback, identify new use cases for AI and automation, and influence product roadmap.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs and industry trends.
- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and integrations to streamline customer onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows using products.
- Contribute to the creation of technical content, including whitepapers, blog posts, best practices, and training materials, showcasing the power of AI and automation within the ecosystem.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to offerings.
- Support sales cycles by providing deep technical expertise, answering complex customer questions, and addressing concerns related to AI and automation capabilities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and community forums as a thought leader and advocate for AI and automation initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior GTM Engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices in AI and automation.
What you’ll bring to the role
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant), with a strong focus on AI, ML, or automation technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with enterprise customers, understanding their technical challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of modern observability stacks, including metrics, logs, traces, and their application in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and experience with scripting for automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for customer meetings, conferences, and internal team gatherings.
Plus
- Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or other open-source observability tools.
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms and workflows.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 – $240,000. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, and location of the candidate.
