The company is looking for an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the Client Booking experience for barbershops and consumers. The role will be focused on driving growth and improving conversion in the B2C booking funnels.
What you’ll do
- Define and articulate the vision and strategy for the Client Booking Experience, aligning with the overall product roadmap.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements, ensuring a seamless and delightful booking journey.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to understand user behavior and optimize conversion funnels.
- Communicate product updates, strategies, and performance to stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful B2C products.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with barbershops or other appointment-based businesses is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
