Staff Product Manager – Paid User Acquisition

About the Role

The company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Growth team, which is focused on expanding the community. This role will own the strategy and execution of the company’s paid user acquisition efforts, focusing on various advertising platforms (e.g., Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive efficient growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a deep understanding of user acquisition, mobile advertising, and growth strategies. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to The company’s user growth and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the strategy and execution of The company’s paid user acquisition efforts, focusing on various advertising platforms (e.g., Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive efficient growth.
  • Lead the development and launch of new products and features related to user acquisition, including but not limited to, new ad creative formats, landing page optimization, and measurement improvements.
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other Product teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that impact key growth metrics.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Define and analyze key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user acquisition performance.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to stakeholders across the organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth or user acquisition.
  • 3+ years of experience with paid user acquisition channels (e.g., Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful growth products, particularly in a consumer-facing mobile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, ad tech, and measurement methodologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
