We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our innovative team, focusing on industry verticals for AI Agents. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical, impactful applications across various sectors.
As a Staff TPM, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction, execution, and delivery of our AI Agent initiatives, ensuring they meet critical business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Vision: Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, product managers, and engineering teams to define the strategic roadmap and vision for AI Agent solutions across various industry verticals.
- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AI Agent programs from conception to deployment. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Technical Guidance: Provide strong technical guidance and oversight, ensuring that AI Agent solutions are designed with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to align project goals with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for AI Agent solutions. Implement monitoring processes and drive continuous optimization based on data insights.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, risks, and achievements. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and industry-specific technologies. Champion the adoption of best practices in AI Agent development and deployment.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior TPMs and contribute to building a strong program management culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years specifically managing AI/ML product development programs.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex AI/ML products in various industry verticals.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including large language models (LLMs), neural networks, reinforcement learning, and agent-based systems.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and project management tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
