Working across our existing and new products, you will define and execute the design vision, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform complex challenges into elegant, user-centric solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to create meaningful and impactful user experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Define and execute the UX design strategy for AI-powered features across existing and new products.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure a shared understanding and successful implementation of designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to drive innovation in our product offerings.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches and a focus on AI-powered experiences.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end UX design, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for leveraging AI to create impactful and ethical user experiences.
- Experience with a global product and internationalization is a plus.
