Strategic Account Executive – Media Intelligence

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team, focusing on securing new business from strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. This role involves selling our comprehensive PR software platform, which helps public relations teams across various industries with media monitoring, measurement, and outreach.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our PR software platform and its value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex sales cycles, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful experience as a Strategic Account Executive or similar role in the SaaS industry, preferably within Media Intelligence, PR software, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close complex deals with strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the public relations landscape and the challenges faced by PR professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
