About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our People Strategy by providing critical analysis and insights that inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to develop and execute workforce plans that align with our overall business objectives. This is a critical role that will drive organizational effectiveness and ensure we have the right talent in the right place at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Workforce Planning, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership to understand business strategy and translate into a workforce strategy and workforce plans
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses of workforce data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop workforce scenarios and predictive models to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
- Develop and implement workforce planning tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and support the annual workforce planning cycle, including headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on workforce trends, insights, and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workforce planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading complex data analysis and developing data-driven workforce strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with workforce planning software and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is a plus.
