The Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR compliance and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven track record in scaling HR functions from the ground up.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience with Private Equity-backed companies is a significant plus.
