VP – Practice Operations

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP, Practice Operations to lead our operational strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling medical weight loss practices, a deep understanding of telehealth operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The VP, Practice Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our practice operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient experiences, and sustained growth across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to support the growth and expansion of our medical weight loss practices.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of practice managers and operational staff.
  • Implement and optimize operational processes, systems, and technologies to enhance productivity and patient experience.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve operational goals and financial targets.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to integrate operational and clinical objectives seamlessly.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional patient experience across all practice locations and telehealth operations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong emphasis on multi-site practice management and telehealth.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
