We’re looking for a VP of Supply Chain who will lead our supply chain strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless product delivery from raw materials to our customers. This individual will be a key leader in scaling our operational capabilities, optimizing costs, enhancing efficiency, and improving our customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligning with company growth objectives and market demands.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain processes, leveraging technology and best practices to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring reliable performance.
- Implement robust demand forecasting and inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve working capital efficiency.
- Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience in a dynamic global environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment and support for new product launches and market expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP and other supply chain management systems to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
Who You Are:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (VP, SVP, Head of Supply Chain).
- Proven experience in scaling supply chain operations for a high-growth D2C brand, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty sectors.
- Deep expertise in procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong track record of optimizing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and other supply chain management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
