About the role
Hightouch is looking for a talented and experienced Web Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and enhancing the user interface of our leading Reverse ETL platform. You’ll work on challenging problems, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to a product that’s redefining how businesses use their data.
What you’ll do
- Own the full lifecycle of complex features on the Hightouch web application, from design to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
- Build beautiful, performant, and reliable UI components that power our data platform.
- Work closely with our product and design teams to refine specifications, ensuring a delightful user experience.
- Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
What you’ll have
- 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred), HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Experience with complex state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for building high-quality, user-centric applications.
- Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or data visualization libraries.
