Grow Therapy is looking for a talented and passionate Web Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll work with cutting edge technologies and contribute to building out our next generation platform. Our mission is to make mental healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone.
What you’ll do
- Build elegant, pixel-perfect, and responsive user experiences for both internal and external products.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high standards for code quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Take ownership of features and projects from conception to deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and growth.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in web frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Expertise in building responsive and performant user interfaces.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
