Our client, a medical device and healthcare company, is seeking a talented Web/Front-End Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement and maintain robust testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
