Principal Product Manager for TradeFi team. Lead product strategy for institutional trading products like Yield, Over-the-counter (OTC) desk, and Invest. Help define, build and launch products used by institutions to access digital asset markets.
This role focuses on scaling and optimizing the core user lifecycle and product surfaces, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention across various customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within growth teams, and be adept at driving user adoption and retention strategies for financial or Web3 products.
