As a Tech Lead Manager, you’ll join a small team of talented engineers and designers working together to help our customers thrive. You’ll be responsible for building, extending, and maintaining features of the flagship product, while also driving technical initiatives across the team. We believe in high ownership, autonomy, and a supportive environment where everyone can do their best work. You’ll work closely with other leads, product managers, and designers to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring technical excellence and a seamless user experience. You’ll also mentor and grow engineers on the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
