At Grafana Labs, we’re building an open source observability platform to enable our users to see, understand and action their data. As a Senior Solutions Engineer on our Acquisition team, you’ll join a fast-paced, high-growth global company and be responsible for supporting the entire sales cycle with our new customers. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, demonstrating how our solutions can help, and ultimately driving new logo acquisition across your assigned territory.
What you’ll be doing:
* Partner with Account Executives to execute a winning sales strategy
* Lead discovery conversations, understand prospect challenges, and articulate our solutions
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
* Design and deliver Proof of Value (POV) engagements, ensuring technical success and measurable impact
* Support the technical win for new customers in your assigned territory
* Provide market feedback and insights to Product Management and Engineering teams
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent role in enterprise software sales
* Deep understanding of the observability space (metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards)
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or similar open-source observability tools is a strong plus
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
* Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and company events

Base compensation range:
C$275k-C$343k (annual)
Individual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
