Collaborates with the Vice President (VP), Human Resources, and other senior HR leaders to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s overall business objectives. Drives the strategy and execution of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR operations. Establishes and implements HR best practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Partners with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR priorities and solutions.
- Leads and mentors a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversees talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent.
- Manages employee relations, addressing complex issues, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Develops and implements performance management programs that drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Administers compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Drives organizational development initiatives, including change management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manages the HR budget, optimizing resource allocation and demonstrating ROI on HR initiatives.
- Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR effectiveness.
- Serves as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manages HR projects and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field. Or equivalent experience.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
Experience:
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment preferred.
